MULTIMEDIA PRESENTATIONS AND SLIDESHOWS

(samples will be posted here soon)

As many courtrooms are moving towards the digital arena, more and more attorneys are using trial presentation software to present their cases. At AMICUS, our trial support staff has years of experience assembling presentations and running the video equipment in trial or mediation. Assembling presentations in an electronic format helps organize pictures, text, depositions, and data into a format which allows easy browsing and document recall. Multimedia also means that text can be combined with illustrations, photographs, video, animation, and sound recordings, which results in a presentation experience for the viewer that engages all their sensory inputs.

Building a multimedia presentation for mediation utilizes different strategies than presentations for trial. Our trial support staff has worked with numerous attorneys to build many presentations for mediation and trial. They are well trained in the differences and strategies for both, and they know how to build the most effective presentations.
We build our presentations using PowerPoint and Sanctions software, and we work closely with the attorneys and medical experts to make sure that everything is laid out properly and accurate. Our staff is then available to the time of your mediation or trial to assist you in setting up and running the presentations. Letting AMICUS take care of your presentations will ensure good presentations that are visually tuned to the message you are conveying, and it frees you up from worrying about the presentation which allows you to focus on the important aspects of your case.

Helpful Recommendations Regarding Multimedia Presentations and Slideshows
  • Don't push the presentations to extreme. Use familiar software and keep it clean and simple. More complex presentations invite potential glitches and technical problems. Simple presentations also help the audience to grasp the information more easily.
  • TEST everything at the beginning and during the development. There are so many different file formats and operating systems in use today by computers and many are not compatible. Be sure to test the file formats that your will be receiving as the final product early on in the development to avoid costly re-formatting and cross-platform issues.

Why Choose AMICUS for Multimedia Presentations and Slideshows?

We have extensive experience with file formats and cross-platform issues, and therefore we have learned how to ensure a successful product. We also have designers, programmers, and illustrators on staff that can work together to create graphics and interfaces which perform together in harmony.
